session start times - depends on what time the sunsets (sessions scheduled to start 1 hour prior to sunset)

Wairau bar beach
A personal fave
20 min drive from Blenheim
Long dry grass, dirt roads, sandy beach with some rocks, often drift wood about, mountains in the far distance & the ocean. This spot is so varied and beautiful it's probably my most popular location as it is stunning all year round. Dog friendly.
BEACH, LONG DRY GRASS FIELDS & DIRT ROADS
This location is pretty consistent all year round but does peak around December/January for the beautiful bunny tails.
Marfells beach
Marlborough's BEST beach in my opinion
45 min drive from Blenheim
Large beach with soft sand, dirt roads, dry rocky hills, dry grass/tussocks and the ocean. Bit more of a drive but worth it for the views. Dog friendly.
SANDY BEACH, TUSSOCKS, ROCKY HILLS
Beautiful all year around! Often more private as it's just that little bit further out of town

Large open field with green grass during winter and the long dry golden grass during summer. Trees & views of the hills. Dog friendly.

Stunning views
45 min drive from Blenheim
Walking along the dirt roads, or in the long grass and soaking in the stunning views over Marfells beach & the salt flats surrounded by hills and paddocks. This spot is a beauty.

Just to mention
Locations
If you have another location in mind I am totally open to shooting there, just send me a video of the spot in mind at sunset so I can see if it's suitable and we can get the right start time. There are lots of other beautiful spots all over Marlborough that I have shot at before like Rarangi, Whites Bay, Waikawa, Conder's bend so if you would prefer one of these locations just ask. If you have a specific vibe or idea in mind too let's have a chat and I can see if I can think of a location that would work.
